The author of the application (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) sets as his most important goal and condition for the implementation of his activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing his personal data, including protecting the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

Operator - a state body, municipal body, legal or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons, organizing and (or) processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or determined User of the Application;

User - any user of the application;

Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a certain circle of persons;

Dissemination of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an undefined circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing oneself with personal data of an unlimited circle of persons, including disclosing personal data in the media, posting on information and telecommunication networks or providing access personal data in any other way;

Cross-border transfer of personal data - the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, a foreign individual or foreign legal entity;

Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data is irrevocably destroyed with the inability to further restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. The operator may process the following personal data of the User

The operator only processes the names of Twitter accounts (hereinafter referred to as the account names), which are on the page loaded by the user.

The operator does not process any other user data, including those related to the definition of "personal user data".

In particular, the operator does NOT process, does not exchange, and does not store anywhere:

  • Identification information (including name, address, phone number, email address and username. Including any type of identification number, such as state number, driver’s license number or account number);
  • Financial and billing information;
  • Health information, authentication information (for example, logins, passwords and authentication cookies);
  • Content and site resources, with the exception of the names found on the Twitter accounts page;
  • Form data;
  • Information about web pages viewed (any information about websites or other web resources with which the user requests or interacts, including domains or URLs with which the browser interacts);
  • Private messages;
  • Content created by users;

4. Purpose of processing personal data

The purpose of the processing of account names is to inform the user of the Application whether the name of these accounts is in the Spam database of or not.

If the Application finds Twitter account name, the application makes an API request to the site database And he receives a response about the presence or absence of this account name in the database of accounts that disseminate misinformation or spam.

If the Account Name is in the database, the User will be informed about this. In this case, the Twitter account name is crossed out in the browser.

All data exchange takes place via a secure (https) protocol.

The operator does not store the request history from the Application anywhere. The Operator does not store Account Names found by the Application on the page viewed by the user anywhere. The Operator does not exchange and does not save the addresses of pages viewed by the User anywhere.

The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. 5. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The operator does not process User data that fall under the definition of "user personal data".

The operator processes anonymized data about the page that the user is viewing. In case this is allowed in the settings of the User’s browser (the storage of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).

6. The procedure for the collection, storage, transfer and other types of processing of personal data

The security of personal data is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.

The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, with the exception of cases related to the implementation of applicable law.

In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator to the Operator’s email address marked "Updating personal data".

The processing time for personal data is unlimited. The user can withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator by e-mail to the operator’s email address marked "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data."

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator must make sure that the foreign state in whose territory it is supposed to transfer personal data provides reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
